What defines the eurostyle modified car

“Euro” is a word used to describe the way in which many modified cars are styled in certain countries such as; Germany, France and Italy.
Wide wheels, loads of lip and warped-in, stretched tyres.
Any car can be modified to have the ‘Euro’ style. There is no need to have a car that is actually manufactured in Europe. The vehicle does, however, need to be very low, proper stretched tyres, attention to all details on the car, one off wheels, some times a wider stance, lots of …

Performance Camshafts explained – Modifying your car

Before we get into the whole Performance camshaft story, it is important to understand how your camshaft works and its purpose.

The camshaft is located at the top of the engine and looks like a metal bar with egg shaped lobes on it.  The shape and size of the lobe determines the amount of time that the head valves are open and how much they are open. The lobes push …

Modified Opel Corsa B – Car Modification List

I wrote a blog a few years ago about a good friend of mine Angi and his Opel Corsa B.
Back when Angelo had 1st got his Corsa, it wasn’t very fast. So what did he do? Well, he went straight off to Cowley and organised a really decent free- flow system and branch! What a difference that made to his Corsa B! You don’t understand, the cars throttle response was good in its standard form, but once the exhaust system was completed, you could really hear those butterflies scream!
A few …
