Spoon Tuning Garage

Iv got something special for the Honda tuning fans. I have sourced pictures of the Spoon Sport tuning garage in Japan. In the world of Honda tuning, Spoon Sports has earned a reputation for offering the highest form of service and products. That’s not an easy status to achieve since Honda already produces its engines to a very high standard. You can only imagine what the Spoon garage really looks like inside.

What I think is extremely amazing is the fact that they have cars upstairs as …

Legends at The Rock Raceway

When bearing in mind that, after a few quick calculations, the Lamborghini Gellardo Valentino Coupe slaps down 0.39HP per kilogram of weight, and the Legends car 0.24 HP per kilogram of weight, one finds the thoughts of “oh what a cute little toy” quickly and very discreetly slipping away as you breath a sigh of relief that you didn’t make that comment out loud! Firing these beasts up on the track makes you start to think of the midgets. Standing on the track with “The Legend” Kevin Hepburn, and “Mr …

”Carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer or carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP or CRP), is a very strong, light, and expensive composite material or fiber-reinforced polymer. Similar to fiberglass (glass reinforced polymer), the composite material is commonly referred to by the name of its reinforcing fibers (carbon fiber). The polymer is most often epoxy, but other polymers, such …

World Challenge R35 Build – Speedhunters

Iv got something that will make any grown man weak in the knees, this is a Nissan GTR that is about to become a sushi chef on steroids…
This is what the Nissan GTR R35 looked like when it pulled up at AMS in Chicago.

No time was wasted. The interior was thoroughly stripped in order to begin the cage and chassis fabrication process. The car has now been stripped in its chops and about to be prepped for one of the AMS’s renowned safety cages.
next the engine was removed for a …

Richards Little Red Riding Hood

Well, being a VW fan it took some convincing to go another route, but i eventually ended up getting myself a sexy Peugeot 206 GTI 180. I chose the GTI 180 model because of the excellent performance, great handling and good looks. It’s also so much nicer than just a normal 206 GTI.

Meth/water injection explained

I was at Street 2 Strip on Friday evening and while walking around the pit area I noticed a 200sx with a fat set of D2 brakes resting nicely under the arches, while inspection the Nissan a little bit closer I noticed a Methanol/Water injection system in the boot. So I decided to do an introduction blog on Meth/Water injection.
Methanol/Water Injection remains a popular upgrade within the high performance cars these days. It’s rather hard these days to believe that injecting water into an engine in can increase power figures, …
