Wheelworx – Wheel Repairs

16 August 2011 One Comment

Wheelworx is a professional wheel repair and refurbishment service based in Cape Town and now a new branch has opened up in Wetton Industrial.

Wheelworxs reputation for quality and excellent service sees the opening of a second workshop in the Southern Suburbs. Although each workshop is now run by a workshop manager, Zaki still retains an active interest in affairs, ensuring that the original commitment to delivering top quality service at a good price remains the cornerstone of the Wheelworx business.

Wheelworx provides a variety of wheel services to keep your car’s wheels looking in tip top shape. Girlfriend scratched the rim going around the corner? Wheels twisted and folded after a car accident? Rim buckled after an unfortunate meeting with the pavement? Those special edition mags you got from your dad looking a bit long in the tooth? Or just looking to add some glamour to your current wheels?

Wheelworx can help you with all of the above, and more:

  • repairs to all aluminium mags (cracked, damaged, chipped & scratched)
  • removal of buckles (big or small)
  • customizing, color-coding and color-matching of any color, old or new
  • high-polish finishing of mags (complete or lips) and engine parts
  • make-up of spacers, adaptors, centre caps and domes
  • modifying the PCD on mags and hubs
  • re-tapping and replacing worn studs

Mags and Tyres

We stock all types and sizes of mags, including Lenso, Storm Racing, Mrw, ATP, Futek, Wolfrace, Zax Classics, with more brands to come soon, and an extensive variety of industry-standard tyres.

We also stock a small variety of secondhand mags and tyres. Most of these are original mags and tyres, e.g. BMW, Mercedes, Honda, Opel, VW, Audi, etc.

As Zaki says: “People come to us because we have been doing a good job, and we have been doing it for a long time. We’re the best, and we intend on staying the best.”
